At Honeycutt Everett and Associates, we understand that many people, particularly victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, cannot afford traditional, full-scale legal representation. That’s why we offer other brief legal services on a pro bono basis. If you meet our income requirements, or if we determine that you cannot access your family's income or financial resources because of an abusive relationship, we may be able to help with selected portions of your case at no cost. Services include:
- Absolute divorce;
- Child Custody;
- Drafting Cease-and-Desist and Demand letters;
- Drafting and/or reviewing complaints and other pleadings;
- Consultation and Advice on what legal process may be best for you;
- Representation in negotiation and settlement procedures;
- Small claims;
- Representation and advice for victim-witnesses in criminal domestic violence and sexual assault proceedings. (Please note we do not represent defendants in criminal cases.)
